Santorini

Photography is my chosen form of communication with the world. It is my passion.  It is what drives me in life and keeps me moving forward. I seek to find beauty in everything I encounter.

An avid traveler, I am happy to explore the unbeaten paths in Europe or take a back road trip across the United States, seeking to capture images that other people simply cannot see themselves. There are so many beautiful and interesting places to experience and share with the viewer. Whether an isolated dying tree on the beaches of Jekyll Island, an old man feeding tiny birds on a Paris street, a Venetian youth in a centuries old back alley shop hand carving a violin or an unforgettable Key West sunrise, I see beauty everywhere and strive to convey that in my photographs.

I love to go to a place and literally get lost, with only my camera and curiosity to guide me.  If the images I've created conjure feelings inside the viewer and make it a memorable experience, then I have done my job as an artist.

This world is but a canvas to our imagination.  The question is not what we look at, but what we see – Henry David Thoreau
